We have more than 40sets of plate vulcanizing press machines. Used rubber material natural rubber (NR), SBR, Neoprene (CR), Nitrile rubber (NBR), EPDM, Silicone. We can manufacture products from 1mm x1mm till 500mm x 2000mm. Most of our rubber products are custom molded. Including of Rubber Gaskets, Rubber Bushes, Rubber Grommets, Rubber O-Rings, Rubber Plugs, Rubber Caps, Rubber Mountings, Rubber Anti-Vibration Pads, Metal to Rubber bond, rubber straps. We can supply good quality, fast delivery time (mould and samples usually need 5days, production need longest 20days) and competitive price.Manufactures and exports products to USA, Canada and European countries. We can do rubber seals with / without joint (glue joint, vulcanization / temperature joint). We can do rubber products bonded to metal parts and heavy dutry rubber blocks.
We have our own plastic injection plant, covers 30,000 square meters area. We have 20sets of plastic injection molding machines of 8-800T that have capacity for producing plastic product from 1gram to 8000gram per piece. Used material of polypropylene (PP), PVC, polyethylene polythene( PE), LDPE, HDPE, Nylon (PA), Nylon 66+43%GF, POM, PC, ABS, SBS, TPR, TPE. We manufacture and export Custom Molded Plastic Injection Products to USA, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, South Korea, Australia and Russia.
For our plastic injection products, most are custom molded according to customer's sample or drawing or design purpose. Till now we have customized Auto parts and internal & external accessories, such as lights, rearview mirrors, panels, mud flaps, handles, bumpers and other components; Household and daily articles, such as plastic parts of fridge, air-condition, TV set, mobile phone and so on; Various PVC or PE interlocking floor tiles and mats to be used for gymnasium, garage and indoor sports floor; Plastic products for pet; Plastic products for sewer, water, rain and storm drain engineering, such as plastic well covers, pipes, pipe fittings, washers.
Also China Exact Plastic has own plastic injection mold/tooling plant. Our mold/tooling engineers skilled in use of UG, Pro/ENGINEE, SolidWorks, CAD and other 3D/2D design software. We have Large CNC machining centers, CNC engraving machines, EDM spark molding machines and Line cutting machines etc.
Usually mould and samples need 7days, 10days, 15days, longest 20days. Products need usually 1 or 2 weeks.
