China Exact Plastic owns 8 sets of rubber compress molding machines, that can produce rubber gym tiles from 30cmx30cm upto 1000mm x 2000mm. We produce premium quality commercial rubber gym tiles used for gyms, personal trainning studios, hotel fitness centers, wellness centers, schools, colledge weight rooms, high-end clubs and cruise.
The rubber gym tiles are made of SBR rubber and polyuretahen MDI Binder. The standard is 15mm tiles are made of full fine rubber granules; 20mm and thicker tiles are top fine and bottom big granules.
