The rubber gym tiles are 1meter x 1meter square mats, we make full range thickness from 15mm, 20mm upto 50mm.

China Exact Plastic owns 8 sets of rubber compress molding machines, that can produce rubber gym tiles from 30cmx30cm upto 1000mm x 2000mm. We produce premium quality rubber gym tiles used for gyms, personal trainning studios, hotel fitness centers, wellness centers, schools, colledge weight rooms, high-end clubs and cruise.
The rubber gym tiles are made of SBR rubber and polyurethane MDI Binder. Standard is 15mm tiles is made of full fine rubber granules; 20mm and thicker tiles are top fine for easy clean, bottom big granules for high shock absorbing.
